You are responsible for providing a correct and valid domain name at the time of purchase, as the license key will be permanently locked to this domain. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and for renewing your subscription before its expiration to ensure uninterrupted service for your website.

In no event shall our company, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website or its software.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
