Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
Welcome to the ServerGenius licensing portal. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the purchase and use of our website licenses. By accessing this website and purchasing a license, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this portal if you do not agree to all of the terms stated on this page.
1. License Agreement
By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our website software on a single, specified domain. Each license is valid for the duration of the subscription period (e.g., monthly, yearly) chosen at the time of purchase. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale of the software or its associated license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the license without refund.
2. Intellectual Property
The website software, including all source code, graphics, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. Your license grants you the right to use the software as-is but does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property itself.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a correct and valid domain name at the time of purchase, as the license key will be permanently locked to this domain. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and for renewing your subscription before its expiration to ensure uninterrupted service for your website.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our company, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website or its software.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes on this page. By continuing to use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
